KaboomaPhone is an affordable VoIP business phone service built for small businesses, agencies, lead generation companies, and growing teams. It gives you business phone numbers, inbound calling, inbound SMS, call forwarding, IVR / auto attendant, voicemail to email, and call recording on higher plans — all on a simple flat monthly account price.

KaboomaPhone offers three plans: Starter at $25/month, Growth at $35/month, and Pro at $45/month. All plans are priced per account, not per user. Extra phone numbers are available for $3/month each on any plan.

No. There is no setup fee on any KaboomaPhone plan. You pay only the monthly plan price and any add-on number fees.

Starter includes 3 phone numbers, Growth includes 5 phone numbers, and Pro includes 10 phone numbers. All numbers are included in your monthly account price.

Yes. You can add extra phone numbers to any plan for $3/month each. There is no limit stated on additional numbers beyond your plan's included count.

Yes. KaboomaPhone lets you search available phone numbers by city, ZIP code, area code, or digits before you complete checkout. Visit the Find Available Numbers page to start searching.

Phone numbers are subject to availability at the time of provisioning. While you can search and select numbers before checkout, final availability is confirmed when your account is set up. We recommend completing checkout promptly after selecting your preferred numbers.

Yes. Inbound SMS is available on all plans, including Starter, Growth, and Pro.

MMS (multimedia messaging) is available on Growth and Pro plans. It is not included on the Starter plan.

Call recording is available on the Growth ($35/month) and Pro ($45/month) plans. The Starter plan does not include call recording. All plans that include call recording also include a recording playback interface.

Yes. IVR / auto attendant is included on all three plans — Starter, Growth, and Pro. It lets you set up automated call menus to route callers to the right person or department.

Voicemail to email is included on the Growth and Pro plans. It is not included on the Starter plan.

Not yet. The KaboomaPhone Web Portal, Mobile App, and Desktop App are currently in development and are planned for release in 2027. At this time, setup and account management are handled through our onboarding process. We'll keep customers informed as these tools get closer to launch.
